PARADIGHM™ is a global registry (NCT01922440) of patients diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism (HPT) ≥6 months regardless of aetiology and management. Routine medical care data were entered using electronic case report forms; the 36-item Short Form Health Survey was completed by patients. Case history: A 39 year old male patient presented via ambulance to our unit with a deliberate mixed overdose. He had a past medical history of type 2 diabetes mellitus, depression and hypertension. He had ingested an uknown amount of atenolol, dapagliflozin, ramipril, co-codamol with both cocaine and benzodiazepines detected in urine toxicology.
